A physician-patient or provider-patient relationship is established only through an appointment and an in-person evaluation. Nothing here should be used to start, stop, or change any treatment on your own.

If you are having a medical emergency, call 911. Do not use this website, email, or a voicemail to report an emergency — nobody is monitoring those in real time.

Patient stories and reviews on this site are the genuine experiences of real patients, quoted as published. They are not a promise of what will happen for you. Hormone, thyroid, and metabolic treatment depends on your own labs, history, and circumstances, and no responsible provider can guarantee an outcome.

Using this website

You may read, print, and share this site for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please do not copy our text, photographs, or brand for your own purposes, attempt to breach or probe the site, or use it in any unlawful way.

Appointments, pricing, and payment

Prices shown on this site, including the $299 Total Health Assessment, are current at the time of publication and may change. The price you are quoted when you book is the price that applies to you.

We are a cash-pay practice and do not bill insurance. Payment is due at the time of service.

A deposit holds your appointment and is refundable up to 24 hours beforehand. We are a small clinic, so a missed appointment is a slot another patient could have used — please give us notice if your plans change.

Where we can provide care

Our providers are licensed in Missouri and Florida and can only deliver care to patients located in those states. Information on this site is not an offer to treat anyone anywhere else.

Links to other sites

We link to a few outside resources, including our scheduling platform and our Google Business Profile. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Accuracy

We work hard to keep this site accurate and current, and we date our content so you can see how fresh it is. Even so, medicine changes and errors happen. If you spot something wrong, please tell us — we would rather know.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Total Health & Wellness, LLC is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or from reliance on its general information.
