Hormone Therapy for Women

Hormone therapy for women who were told their labs were fine.

Hot flashes at 2 a.m. Weight that will not move no matter how carefully you eat. A short fuse with people you love. Most women hearing this are somewhere in perimenopause or menopause — and most have already been told their bloodwork looks normal. Standard panels are simply too shallow to catch it.

  • $299 assessment, credited in full toward your program
  • A full hour with your provider, not fifteen minutes
  • Labs drawn in our own office in Springfield
  • No insurance billing, no contracts, no surprise bill

In their own words

What women tell us on the first visit

  • I wake up at 3 a.m. and cannot fall back asleep.”

  • I am doing everything right and still gaining weight.”

  • I snap at people and I do not feel like myself.”

  • The hot flashes and night sweats are constant.”

  • My sex drive is just gone.”

  • My hair is thinning and my skin changed.”

  • I feel anxious for no reason at all.”

  • I am exhausted from the moment I wake up.”

Every one of these is measurable. None of them is something you have to live with because someone called it normal.

What we measure

We measure your hormones instead of guessing at them

A single hormone reading taken on the wrong day tells you almost nothing. We draw a full hormone and metabolic panel at our in-office lab, then read the results as a pattern — because estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, thyroid, and insulin all pull on each other. That is how we find what a basic panel misses.

  • Estradiol
  • Progesterone
  • Total & free testosterone
  • FSH & LH
  • Full thyroid panel
  • Fasting insulin
  • Vitamin D
  • Cortisol
  • The full panel — including testosterone for women.

Not a single TSH and not an estrogen-only view. Women get testosterone measured too, which most panels never check.

  • We treat your symptoms even when your labs read “normal.”

Reference ranges are wide and built from a general population. Sitting inside one while feeling terrible is a finding, not a dead end.

How it works

Three steps to hormones dosed to you.

Your plan is built with you, not handed to you. You see every number, you hear what it means in plain English, and you decide together what to treat.

  1. Teresa going over a chart at the clinic front desk

    Step 01

    Get the full picture

Your labs are drawn in our office at your Total Health Assessment — no separate trip to an outside lab.

    Drawn in our office

  2. Teresa and a patient going through her chart together at the desk

    Step 02

    Sit down and understand it

About ten days later you get a full hour with Teresa, going through every number in plain English until it makes sense.

    One full hour

  3. Teresa shaking hands with a patient on her way out of the clinic

    Step 03

    Start therapy dosed to you

If bioidentical estradiol, progesterone, or testosterone fits, we start there and adjust from your follow-up labs — never a fixed dose forever.

In their words

What women in Springfield say after starting hormone therapy

Perimenopause and menopause care is personal, so we would rather let patients describe it than describe it for them. These are public reviews, quoted exactly.

Teresa is Fantastic!! So glad I was able to get in with her. She genuinely cares and is there to help with suggestions and a ton of knowledge. Ladies, get those levels checked correctly, because I’m certain our Commercial doctors are not going that far!!!

  • I finally made an appointment with her due to major hormonal issues (PCOS, hot flashes, mood swings, weight gain, hair loss, etc.). Her assessment and supplement recommendations have changed my life. Common questions

Questions women ask before starting hormone therapy.

Is bioidentical hormone therapy safe?

Hormone therapy is prescription medical care, so it belongs with a provider who tests you first, doses to your own labs, and rechecks over time — which is exactly how we run it. Teresa reviews your history and your bloodwork before anything is prescribed, and care here is medically supervised in partnership with a board-certified physician. She will walk you through the tradeoffs for your specific situation during your results visit.

How do I know if I am in perimenopause?

Perimenopause can start years before periods stop, and symptoms often show up while standard labs still read as normal. That gap is exactly why we run a deeper panel and read it alongside your symptoms rather than relying on one number.

Do I need insurance for hormone therapy here?

No. We are a direct, cash-pay clinic — no insurance, no copays, no contracts, and no surprise bill later. You know the price before anything happens.
