That includes perimenopause and menopause care, testosterone evaluation for men and women, and medically supervised weight management. Teresa Mealy, APN reviews your symptoms, history, and testing before recommending treatment; symptoms alone do not establish a hormone deficiency.
Do I need insurance to be seen?
No. We’re a direct, cash-pay clinic — no insurance, no copays, and no contracts. You always know exactly what you’re paying before anything happens, and there’s never a surprise bill in the mail.
What does the first visit cost, and what’s included?
The Total Health Assessment is a one-time $299. It includes a comprehensive hormone and metabolic lab panel drawn in our office, a full 1.5-hour sit-down where your provider explains every number in plain English, and a written plan built around you. If you start a program, the $299 is credited fully toward it.
How do I book, and is there a deposit?
You can book online or by phone. A $50 deposit reserves your visit and is applied straight to your $299 assessment — so it’s not an extra charge, just part of the total.
Do I need a referral from another doctor?
No referral needed. You can book your assessment directly. Teresa reads your labs and builds your plan herself, medically supervised in partnership with a board-certified physician.
When will I get my results?
Your labs are drawn at your first visit, and about ten days later you’ll come in for a full 1.5 hours to go through everything in person. Every plan is built around a 90-day check-in so we can measure real progress, not guess.
Where are you located and what are your hours?
We are at 1200 E. Woodhurst Dr., Suite H-400, Springfield, MO 65804. The clinic is open Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m.–4 p.m. Central Time. Walk-in lab draws Mon–Thu 7:30–2, no appointment needed.
What does ongoing hormone care cost, and what does membership include?
Total Health Optimization is $499 to start, then $275 per quarter. It supports ongoing care with Teresa and includes member pricing on supplements, peptides, and compounded prescriptions, a supplement starter pack, and a free InBody scan. Those discounts do not mean every medication, supplement, or additional service is included. Your $299 assessment is credited toward your program; we explain your plan and its costs before you enroll.
Do you see patients outside Missouri?
Teresa is licensed in both Missouri and Florida, so we’re able to care for patients in either state.
