No. We’re a direct, cash-pay clinic — no insurance, no copays, and no contracts. You always know exactly what you’re paying before anything happens, and there’s never a surprise bill in the mail.
The Total Health Assessment is a one-time $299. It includes a comprehensive hormone and metabolic lab panel drawn in our office, a full one-hour sit-down where your provider explains every number in plain English, and a written plan built around you. If you start a program, the $299 is credited fully toward it.
You can book online or by phone. A $50 deposit reserves your visit and is applied straight to your $299 assessment — so it’s not an extra charge, just part of the total.
No referral needed. You can book your assessment directly. Teresa reads your labs and builds your plan herself, medically supervised in partnership with a board-certified physician.
Your labs are drawn at your first visit, and about ten days later you’ll come in for a full hour to go through everything in person. Every plan is built around a 90-day check-in so we can measure real progress, not guess.
We’re at 1200 E. Woodhurst Dr., Suite H-400, Springfield, MO 65804. The clinic is open Monday through Thursday, 9–4 CST. Walk-in lab draws are available Monday through Thursday, 9–3, with no appointment needed.

For most people already spending on supplements and treatments, that offsets much of the quarterly fee.
