Step 2: Labs & Onboarding

If you enroll, we draw your first metabolic lab panel and get your CGM set up. Your NP reviews results before your first coaching appointment so we start with a complete picture — not assumptions.

Step 3: Your Personalized Protocol Begins

Over 9 appointments across 3 months, your coach walks you through each phase: ketogenic nutrition, metabolic tracking, fasting introduction, exercise guidance, and sleep/stress optimization. Every phase builds on the last. Every adjustment is based on your data.

Step 4: Measure & Adjust
